Jenny Arthur has been one of the most dominant American weightlifters of her generation. A four-year resident athlete at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, she trained under 1972 Olympic Gold Medalist Zygmunt Smalcerz.
Her 2016 Olympic appearance in Rio was the result of years of relentless competition — five World Team appearances, two American Open Championships, and multiple Pan American medals.
In 2019 she captured World Championship Bronze, cementing her status among the best in the sport. Now a certified USAW Sports Performance Coach, Jenny brings that world-class experience to every athlete she works with.
